Kickoff to the Downtown Hays Pavilion Spring Art Walk- Concert featuring the FHSU JAZZ BANDS under the direction of Brad Dawson.
Enjoy time on the Bricks of Downtown Hays where dozens of shops & galleries showcase art exhibits, opening reception, & a mix of free entertainment.
Also, it is the Opening of the 52nd Annual Smoky Hill Art Competition & Exhibition.
This annual competition & exhibition is open to artists living n Kansas.
Various Downtown, FHSU, & Community locations.
