Hosted by Hays American Legion Post 173. Come & honor The Veterans who have given all as well as all those that served. If not for them, we would not enjoy the freedoms we have today.
The ceremony is meant to begin the day spent in solemn remembrance for those who served their country.
After the ceremony is concluded, The Society of 40 Men & 8 Horses, Voiture 1543 will have The Kansas Merci Boxcar & Museum open for tours in Veterans Park. They will have uniforms & equipment from WW1 to the present day.
