Celebrate local German Heritage in Victoria. Activities include a color run, bounce houses, polka Mass, traditional polka music, German songs, German foods, of course beer, & on Saturday, live music by Mike Ryan & Wes Cosman Band.
We will kick off the day, Saturday, August 13th, with a 5k color run & our Herzog Heritage Market. Through the day, we will have free kids activities including bounce houses & face painting. We have some of the most amazing German food served at many of the non-profit & school organization food booths & for the main event; we have free live music starting with polka music at 5pm & moving to the main event on the big stage. These are FREE concerts!
FRIDAY:
4 PM Grounds Open
6 PM Opening Ceremonies
7 PM Jam Session with Local Talent: Tom Pfeifer, Bob Dreiling, Blake Ruder
SATURDAY:
8 AM Annual Herzogfest 5K
9 AM-3 PM Car, Truck, & Tractor Show
9 AM-1 PM Heritage Market
10 AM Cornhole, Volleyball, & Kinderfest (kids bounce houses & games)
12-4 PM FREE Swimming
1 PM-3 PM FREE Bingo & Pinochle at the VFW Hall
4 PM Polka Mass
5 PM Polka Dance
6 PM Committee /Sponsor Recognition & Stein Hoist Competition
7 PM FREE Concert :Opener: Wes Cossman Band
9 PM FREE Concert: Mike Ryan
