Union Pacific Plaza

Attractive in design, this park is in the center of the downtown business district.  This area contains a restroom facility and a large pavilion (44’ x 84’) with lighting, electricity, and benches.  The pavilion is excellent for large groups and can be reserved at no cost through the City of Hays Parks Department.
