Instruction will cover: hitting, throwing, fielding, & base running. A controlled game will be played each day. The last day of camp will feature contests in the various areas of the game.

This run will consist of your choice of a 1-mile run/walk or a 5K run/walk. The run will not be timed, & the proceeds will go to help support the Special Populations programs held by HRC.

Pitching instruction will include: care & warming up of the arm, pitching mechanics, fielding, & pickoff moves. Catchers will receive instruction on receiving, throwing, & blocking. Various drills will be used for practice.
