FHSU Management Development Center Workshop: Clifton Strengths Engaged

Thursday, March 30, 2023

Do you want to take your understanding of your unique CliftonStrengths to the next level? CliftonStrengths Engaged takes participants' previous knowledge of their Top 5 to a deeper, more challenging, & more significant place.

In this training, participants will gain access to their Full 34 report, which will enable us to continue to hone your Top 5 as well as exploring your Top 10 & working through the 'bottom 5'; the themes that we often misconceive as weaknesses. Armed with the Top 10 themes & awareness of the bottom 5, participants will discover how each person’s unique strengths can be used to find partnerships that could benefit them at work & view co-workers in new & different ways through engaging team activities.

There is a pre-requisite to take this training. Please complete the MDC workshop, "CliftonStrengths Essentials" before signing up to take "CliftonStrengths Engaged."

Learning Outcomes
