This family-friendly exhibit transports visitors 400 years into the past to the dodo's tropical island home. Look into the life & death of the dodo bird & find out what other amazing animals are endangered. The Dodo will be here until May 18th, 2022.
The Society of Animal Artists & the Sternberg Museum of Natural History brings to you Art & the Animal: Art That Matters to the Planet, a collective animal art exhibition meant to inspire change & raise awareness. Awareness inspires action to protect, heal, & recover animals & their habitats. Overall, creating art that matters to both the planet & its occupants’ humans & animals alike. This exhibit includes the work of 60 artists originating from the United States, Canada, France, New Zealand, Scotland, Spain, & Sweden. From February 12th to May 5th, 2022, this exhibit will educate & inspire participants on topics such as; climate change, illegal wildlife trade, endangered species, habitat loss, & pollution.
